enreal: Though it was taken “out in nature”, the effect of the light seems to recall a kind of “dead” nature — kind of like a diorama in a natural history museum. Fluke, but an interesting one.

Wonderful shot. I think moss is one of the most beautiful things in nature. Its vivid colors and soft texture are what I find appealing.

There’s moss on everything around here — trees, roofs, sidewalks, slow-moving dogs…
